We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.
2. Exchange Eligibility
We only offer exchanges in case the product received is defective or faulty.
To be eligible for an exchange:

3. Proof Requirement

A continuous unboxing video is strongly recommended.

Claims without proper video proof may not be accepted.
4. Exchange Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the exchange.

You may be required to ship the product back to us.

Replacement will be dispatched after the faulty product is received and inspected.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
